STRABAG ZÜBLIN introduces electric mixer truck to our operations at El Teniente

This zero-emission vehicle significantly improves safety and productivity at the mine. This compact mixer can access challenging work areas and is fitted with cameras to eliminate blind spots and speakers that emit simulated engine sounds to safeguard workers while minimising noise pollution. It is also 20% more efficient in terms of operational costs, and it can recharge its batteries when descending slopes.
